Merry Christmas!!!
I hope that each of you takes a moment to enjoy all that this time of year has to offer.
Write down your families traditions, and ask your children to do the same. You might be surprised at their answers. Use those as journaling cards in your scrapbook.

Happy Thanksgiving
This is the time of year where we take time to think about the blessings that we have, and give thanks for them. I am thankful for many things this year, to many to mention them all here. As we approach this special time of year, I want you to know that I am thankful for each of you, for the many ways that you help and support me.
Scrapbooking is not an art for me, it is my sanity, my passion, and my joy! So thank you for sharing that with me!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Birthday Cropportunities
It is so hard for me to believe that Cropportunities is already celebrating it's 2nd birthday! The time has gone by so fast, and I have learned so much! I have learned that sometimes dreams do come true. I have learned that there are so many talented scrapbookers in this area. I have learned to trust my instincts. And most importantly I have learned that life is short and that you should take time to do the things you love with the people you love!
I have made so many new friends in the last 2 years, and I have enjoyed every minute. I am looking forward to all the surprises that will come my way during the next year.
So, Thank You, to everyone who helped and supported Cropportunities, and Amy and me during the last year!

Scrappink was a great time, and about 548 pages got done, by 14 ladies in 48 hours!! Congrats to everyone!! Amy and Wendy both won the Page Layout contest. But everyone did some amazing pages!! After this weekend I am at 180 pages scrapbook this year, and I am hopeful that I will meet my goal of 200 pages in 2007!
This Saturday, Amy and I will be at the Shoppe's at Woodridge (Marshfield Mall) for a Stamping and Scrapping Expo, I hope to see lots of you there. It is World Card Making Day, and we will have a couple of cards available for you to make, at the mall and at the store! Make sure that you stop down and check it out!
Our October newsletter is out, and our class schedule is also available, check it out, and call or email me to get signed up. We have lots of fun things going on this month, from Midnight Madness to a Packer Crop, and a calendar class using the new Bind-it-all tool!!

Well, there certainly is a lot of excitement around Cropportunities this week as Amy and I prepare for Scrappink. I am putting together goodie bags, and making sure that everything gets packed to take to the hotel for the weekend. I look forward to these events, it is a chance for me to work on a project of my own, as well as teaching, and encourging the ladies that attend. There is something very inspiring about working in that kind of environment. The air in the room is almost electric! There is still room, if you are interested!!! Call or email the store to get more information!
Happy Cropping!

I am getting very excited for the fall! I love seeing the leaves turn beautiful colors, watching football games, and baking. I love taking my children out to a park and taking lots of black and white photos of them. One of which usually makes it into our Christmas card.
I also like the fall because it's colors inspire me to get back to work in my scrapbooks. We have many opportunities to help you to get caught up with your albums, check out our website, and call a friend or 2 and make a date to come to Cropportunities this fall!!

I dropped my oldest child off at college this past weekend, and it was probably one of the most difficult things I have ever done. While I am excited for her, I also miss her very much. I miss seeing her everyday, and knowing that she is safely tucked in bed each night. I know that it will get better, and lots of other moms and dads are in the same place as me.
I needed a way to deal with all these emotions - so I have decided to create a calendar journal. It will be a place for me to write my feelings down each day. I might even include some photos, and use some of my scrapbooking supplies to decorate it. Hopefully at the end of the month I will have created a masterpiece, and helped myself along the way!
Scrapbooking is my passion, and I need to tap into that now, if you are going through a difficult time, tap into your passion, and let me know what you come up with!
